Hello, I am Mrs. Chetrenda Ruffin-Horn. I am super excited to be your child’s teacher this year! It’s going to be a year full of new adventures!  

My home is in Butler, Alabama where I have lived most my life. My family is very important to me! I am a proud parent of two precious boys. I recently got married. I am a graduate of UWA with a B.S and Masters in Early Childhood/Elementary Education. This is my 8^th year as a teacher. 

Teaching young children is my passion!  I will do my best to make this school year an enjoyable time for your child, but also a time filled with real learning. The skills we practice daily in fourth grade are the building blocks for future success in school and in life. Together you and I will work for your child to be the best he/she can be this year because when EVERYONE works together, EVERYONE ACHIEVES! GO TORNADOES !
